Getting a good night's sleep

When

Thursday 21 November from 1pm to 3pm

Do you wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, or do you wonder how you are getting through the day? Our sleeping patterns can sometimes take a turn for the worse as we age.

This information session presented by Older Persons' Wellbeing Network will cover:

  • How much sleep you should be getting

  • Barriers that stop you from getting a good night's rest

  • Why sleep is vital to physical and mental health

  • Tips to sleeping well

Afternoon tea is provided.

We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you have any particular access or communication needs please contact Amber Figura, Community Services Worker on 9265 9179.
