Join Dr Blake Hamilton, clinical psychologist and clinical services manager of headspace Camperdown at The University of Sydney, and his team at this free workshop. Learn about youth mental health and steps you can take in your workplace, community, and home to help young people manage their mental health.
Over the 2.5 hour session, you’ll learn about:
• Mental health difficulties in young people
• Youth mental health services in the City of Sydney local area
• Autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and mental health
• Courses for people to help young people with mental health
