National Carers Week aims to recognise, celebrate and support unpaid carers around Australia.
9.30am Connect & Flourish - a self care taster session Presented by Physical Disability Council of NSW (PDCN)
10.45am Morning tea
11am Carers Gateway talk
12pm Lunch and pamper packs
1pm Music and movement class Throw your hand up in the air and let loose

The St Helens Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. Pop in for a tea or coffee and a chat.
