Join Waves of Wellness (WOW) Foundation to officially kick off the month-long Ducktober cold water challenge.

Meet us at sunrise at beautiful Bondi Beach to celebrate the start of Ducktober with this free immersive ice bath event. 

Whether you're new to ice baths or a seasoned veteran, come down and experience the benefits of cold water immersion in a supportive community. 

ON THE DAY

You’ll hear firsthand from Australian Idol’s Scott Tweedie as MC, WOW’s CEO Joel Pilgrim and Bondi Lifeguard and expert breathwork instructor Deano Gladstone – with more Ducktober Ambassadors to be announced. 

  • 6am – arrival and registration

  • 6:30am – mental health talks and guided breathwork session

  • 7am – free ice bath on Sydney’s most iconic beach

  • Ice bath coaches/mentors to personally assist you

  • Meet a community of like minded individuals

  • Lucky door prizes from our amazing partners

Spaces are limited, registration is essential register now

The event is free, and if you would like to cover the cost of your ticket then you can give a tax deductible contribution. All proceeds go towards supporting our life-changing mental health surf therapy programs.
