Pound Paws Dog Day

Pound Paws Dog Day is returning to Double Bay for an afternoon dedicated to raising awareness about pet adoption—and celebrating the dogs who make our lives whole.

Hosted in The Golden Sheaf’s dog-friendly beer garden, this event is packed with tail-wagging fun, live entertainment, and heart-warming moments. Whether you're searching for your fur-ever friend or simply want to spoil your pup with treats and glam, this is the place to be.

Red Carpet Arrivals kick off at 12pm sharp with pup-arazzi flashes, sports cars and plenty of canine glamour.

Hosted by VET HQ, this hands-on workshop is designed for kids aged 4 and up! Each child will build their very own plush puppy, complete with a custom collar and mini kennel to take home—a heart-warming experience that blends creativity with learning about pet care.
