A first of it's kind kids workshop held at a Dog Day event, brought to you by Pound Paws and Vet HQ.Designed for children aged 4–12, this 60-minute guided activation is packed with creativity, compassion, and community fun — all while raising funds for animal rescue charity Pound Paws.

What’s Included:

  • Adopt your plush puppy – Choose, name, and complete your official adoption certificate

  • Puppy vet check – Give your plush pup its very first 'health check', with Dr Geoff Golovsky from Vet HQ Double Bay - https://vethq.com.au

  • Create a collar – Use beads, charms, and ribbon to make your puppy’s stylish new accessory.

  • Decorate a kennel – Design and colour a take-home cardboard kennel with stickers and markers.

  • Paws for photos – Snap adorable pics at our puppy-themed photo booth with cute props

  • Tasty “pup” treats – Enjoy fun snacks like paw-print cupcakes, “ruff-age” veggie cups, and “fruit kibble”

  • Goodie bags – Take home extra surprises in a themed “doggie bag,” alongside your new furry friend.

Tickets: $40 per child

Includes everything above — plus proceeds supports rescue dogs in need. Parents attend for free. Limited to 20 spots only! Book in early to secure your spot.
