Join this free workshop led by a qualified artist, counsellor and art psychotherapist during Mental Health Month.
You don't need any previous art experience to take part. The purpose of art therapy is to provide a safe and supportive space to explore and engage in the creative process. It can help you express yourself, focus, relax and connect with others.
For ages 18 years and over.
