Following the 2018 series of highly acclaimed pop-ups at renowned restaurants across the country, Adam's innovative culinary events have captivated diners through progressive Jewish food. His menu paid homage to his Jewish heritage, drawing influence from the Middle East, Hungary, and Austria. Now, he brings this to NOUR, promising an unparalleled dining experience for two nights only.
Hosted by Marc Dempsey (ex-Etelek and Yellow manager), for $100 per person, indulge in a 5-course menu that features Adam's signature dishes, such as a wood-fired bagel with schmears, matzo ball soup and schmaltz and Jerusalem artichoke ice cream with matzo praline to finish.
