The 4-Week Nervous System Reset & Transformational Breathwork Series is designed to help participants understand their nervous system, improve their breathing habits, and develop tools to regulate stress and build resilience. Each week builds progressively, moving from foundational awareness to deeper transformational work.

Monday's April 13th, 14th, May 4th, 11th (ONLY $120 for 4 week series)

6:30pm to 7:30pm

Location: FlourMill Space 3 Gladstone St, Newtown NSW 2042 (8min walk from Newtown Station)

Weeks 1–3: 1hr Nervous System Education + Gentle Breathwork classes

Nervous system regulation and breathing, learn how stress, fatigue, emotions, and past experiences live in the body and more

30-minute guided breathwork session to calm the nervous system and restore balance.

Learn practical tools you can use in everyday life.

Week 4: 1hr Transformational Breathwork Experience
