Get help from Chinese Australian Services Society (CASS) trained volunteers and caseworkers to complete forms and applications and provide case management.
Assistance is available for these types of forms and applications:
Centrelink and Services NSW welfare applications such as family tax benefit, carer payment/allowance, disability support pension, age pension, JobSeeker payment, separate forms, health care card and citizenship application.
Public housing and exchange of housing applications
Short forms such as rent certificate, special benefit review, Jobseeker payment review, supplement documents for Centrelink, Department of Communities and Justice circumstance change, passport application and renewal, Medicare application, Opal card and NSW Senior Card.
Case management service is available for:
Enquiries, consultation and appeals including migrants' welfare consultation, domestic violence, family safety and function issues, legal aid, homelessness, fair trading issues and Centrelink appeals.
Services are provided by CASS. The volunteers and caseworkers speak Mandarin and Hokkien.
