Pyrmont Community Centre is offering a 1 hour yoga class, suitable to all fitness levels.
Aimed to increase flexibility and strength, with a focus on mindfulness and release of stress, yoga has many great benefits for your short and long term health.
Yoga is designed to be physically and mentally challenging for the body. Exercises and poses delivered will increase muscle strength and range of motion in the body. No prior experience is needed for these classes, simply come along and enjoy a session with our experienced facilitator.

You will be required to complete our Pre-Ex Form prior to starting this class. If you answered "yes" to any of the health conditions listed on the page, it is recommended that you seek medical clearance before participating in any of our classes.
