The Lions Gate Portal 8.8, followed by the Total Solar Eclipse on 12.8 is a lot of energy, movement and transformation in a very short space of time.

So, let’s slow it all down.

On the 23 August, I’m creating a beautiful space for women to come together, breathe, reconnect and gather around the warmth and ancient energy of the fire hearth.

A chance to step away from the noise, settle the nervous system, quiet the mind and simply be.

Come sit around the hearth, connect with other women and give yourself permission to pause.

Through guided meditation, gentle reflection and the energy of the circle, we’ll create a nurturing space to pause and reconnect deeply with your true essence using the fire as a sustaining focal point allowing its warmth and movement to support us as we slow down and turn our attention inward.
