In a world that teaches us to be productive, this is a space to reconnect — with yourself and others.We don’t get many spaces as adults to truly express what we’re feeling.

We’re taught to hold it together.

To stay composed.

To move on quickly.

But what happens to everything we don’t say?

This workshop is about giving those things somewhere to go.

Through a mix of movement, drama and paint, we’ll explore creative ways to express and release emotion — without needing the right words.
