From Ester Spirits, The Farmers Wife, Three Cuts and Prohibition Spirits – the most artisan of distillers will be on hand for you to sip and sample and take home their wares.

No gin experience would be complete without the perfect accompaniment. Savour the sublime fusion of flavours as you pair your G&Ts with delightful tonic mixers or refreshing soda from the beloved Long Rays. Let your taste buds dance with joy as the symphony of botanicals unfolds on your palate.

The Sydney Gin Festival is not just about gin; it's a sensory extravaganza! Magpie Distilling’s Geoff Drummond will host an informative taste and learn masterclass where visitors will be able to hear incredible stories, taste Geoff’s favourite G&Ts, snack on a cheese board and possibly win a bottle of their recent production. The masterclass is $160 and includes entry into the Festival for the following 3-hour session.
