Our head chef works directly with RedGround, an Australian truffle producer from Oberon, NSW, because they share our commitment to honest, high-quality ingredients. This partnership allows us to showcase the unique, earthy flavour of truffles in every dish, from starters to mains, giving you a truly special dining experience.
