With millions of followers online and billions of views, Sticky the Lolly Shop still offers a daily free candy-making show for families, friends, travellers and locals.

Sticky has been offering free candy making demonstrations in The Rocks in Sydney since we were founded in 2001. These shows are free and accessible to everyone, with a guaranteed sample to try at the end.

Each batch of candy is unique, some designs are easy and only take a short amount of time, some take up to two hours. Because of this there are no set times for our candy-making show.

A good guide to our candy making timing is –

9:30am to 1:00pm – 2:00pm to 5:00pm, Mon-Sun.

Sticky makes up to six lollies every day, three in the morning and three in the afternoon. It is very unlikely you will miss out on watching candy-making if you arrive at these times. If you arrive and they are not sculpting, just ask the friendly staff how much longer till they pour the next pot!

Note: On any given public holiday we may be closed, we will announce this information on our social media channels, @stickylollies on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube. @Stickyaustralia on TikTok.

The show is completely interactive and family friendly and requires no tickets or booking, simply arrive and watch! The staff are eager to answer any questions about candy-making or about the city of Sydney. Please keep questions appropriate and refrain from putting candy-makers in uncomfortable positions, you will be asked to leave.

Complete your trip to Sydney with a World Renown candy-making show!
