Twenty minutes of silence beside the sea. No voices. No phones. Just stillness.
The Still Point is a simple, grounding, unguided meditation practice that invites you to soften, slow down, and rest in the calm between breaths. Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to it, this welcoming community session offers a gentle way to settle your mind and reconnect with presence.
After our seated meditation, you’re welcome to join an optional dip in the ocean, followed by optional coffee with the group. It’s an easy way to ease into the day with connection and clarity.
Meet at The Still Point flag at Ramp 1 on the promenade (the first ramp on the southern end of Bondi Beach, nearest Bondi Icebergs).
Every Saturday, 6:30am, year-round. Arrive a few minutes early to settle. We sit regardless of weather.
We gather at the sand, make our introductions and ease into our 20 minutes of silent, unguided meditation by the sea.
Followed by optional swims, coffees and chats.
