Come aboard Australia's only national Sail Training Ship!

Explore the ship, meet the Royal Australian Navy crew, and hear from young Australians about their epic 10-day adventures at sea.

The event is free, perfect for all ages and great for the whole family. No need to RSVP, just meet us at Woolloomooloo Wharf, Sunday 30 March from 1-4pm.

Visitors encouraged to wear enclosed, flat shoes and shorts/pants.

The STS Young Endeavour is a 44m brigantine – a two-masted, square-rigged modern ship, with a traditionally designed sail plan and rigging. Since 1988 the ship has welcomed over 14,000 young Australians on board, and sailed more than 500,000 nautical miles across Australia and the world.

A voyage in Young Endeavour is a challenging adventure at sea for youth aged 16-23 years. It’s a unique opportunity for youth to develop teamwork and leadership skills through an internationally recognised youth development program.

Please note: Due to weather, tides and ship movements, this event may change it's time or location to HMAS Waterhen at Waverton, North Sydney. Please stay tuned to the event listing.
