As nature blossoms to life around the city, feel rejuvenated by The Fullerton Hotel Sydney's new Spring Afternoon Tea, inspired by the flowers that spring up in the new season.
Enjoy an afternoon in the elegant grounds of the former General Post Office building as you delight in sweet sensations including strawberry tarts, rose petal and raspberry mousse, banana passionfruit stone, green tea bun and a smoked dark chocolate drop.
To complement the experience, our savoury selections include a poached lobster brioche bun, chilled tomato consommé, truffled egg sandwich, a spring harvest of candied vegetables and a mesquite duck ensemble.
