Sunday Sound Bath – Afternoon chill out session

When

Sunday 8 September 2024 from 4pm to 5:30pm

The perfect way to end your weekend and start next week! Bring your yoga mat & pillow, and join us for an afternoon of guided meditation, relaxation, and intuitive healing supported by soothing sounds and melodies.

Natalie Grace will present a beautiful, nurturing sound bath meditation to gently open your energy body and bring about a state of flow. Enjoy the music of sacred sound instruments including Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, percussion, voice, and chimes.

The session will start with a guided meditation to help you wind down and start to relax, then the sound bath will begin. At the end of the session you will be guided out of the meditation and given time to ground yourself before you leave.

Doors open 3:30pm. Come early to try out our awesome mega-Tibetan singing bowl!

Limited spaces available – book now to avoid disappointment.

Your facilitator, Natalie Grace, is one of the few highly experienced, professionally trained sound healers based in Sydney. All her sessions are a loving combination of expertise and intuition.

Bring yoga mats, pillows, and anything else to make yourself comfortable while you lie down and experience the soothing sounds.
