Sound Bath - Relaxing guided sound meditation

When

Wednesday 19 February from 6:30pm to 8pm

Cost

Starting from: $44.00

✨Come on a beautiful journey to inner peace as we focus this month on deep reflection.✨

The session will start with a guided meditation to help you wind down and start to relax, then the sound bath will begin. At the end of the session you will be guided out of the meditation and given time to ground and enjoy a piece of chocolate before you leave.

✨The most effective way to thrive in such a busy world is to step aside for a moment and connect with our inner state of flow. Enjoy the power of group meditation and gently fall into a flowing state of relaxation. ✨

Bring your yoga mat and a pillow, and join us for an evening of guided meditation, relaxation, and intuitive healing supported by soothing sounds and melodies.
