It's an opportunity to feel the liberating freedom on the dance floor, exploring new shapes and moves that allow you to connect with your body and unearth deeper layers of yourself. The ultimate goal is for you to leave feeling not only connected and inspired but also uplifted and transformed.

Taline, our DJ and therapist, brings a wealth of experience in music sharing across diverse stages, platforms, and therapeutic settings. Drawing on her expertise in conscious embodied dance, and Somatic and Dance Movement Therapy, she carefully crafts a unique experience centred on awakening your creativity, and connecting you with your body.

In addition to curating a captivating soundtrack that intricately guides you through the energy centres in your body, known as chakras, Taline will offer guidance and create a nurturing space for you to fully engage in the experience. Prepare to journey through a rich tapestry of global music, spanning electronic, acoustic, world, cinematic, and meditative genres, interwoven with sprinkle of well-known surprises.

All bodies, ages and abilities are welcome, though it is suited for 16+. Minors must be accompanied by adults. Please note, there is a commitment to silence on the dance floor to enhance the immersive experience. Dress comfortably, and for the best experience, dance barefoot.
