School holiday gymnastics camp

Eastern Gymnastics Academy invites you to join us for some fun learning these July school holidays. Let’s keep our kids active and learn to flip, fly and tumble!!!

We are offering programs designed for Recreation and Levels gymnasts. The camps are for kindergarten to Year 12 children.

Week 1 program: 6 - 10 July Week 2 program: 13 17 July

Just for Fun schedule - runs all day from 9am to 3pm.

• 9:00am – 10:30am – Tumbling/acro

• 10:30am – 10:45am – Morning tea

• 10:45am – 12:00pm – Circus/parkour

• 12:00pm – 12:30pm – Lunch 

• 12:30pm – 1:00pm – Game/Flexibility

• 1:00pm – 1:25pm – Bar circuit 

• 1:25pm – 1:50pm – Beam Circuit 

• 1:50pm – 2:00pm – Afternoon tea

• 2:00pm – 2:25pm – Vault/Tramp Circuit

• 2:25pm – 2:50pm – Floor Circuit 

• 2:50pm – 3:00pm – Cool Down

Competitive Levels schedule – runs all day, 9am to 3pm

• 9:00am – 1:00pm: Intensive training 

• 1:00pm – 1:30pm: Lunch

• 1:30pm – 2:00pm: Skill specific A

• 2:00pm – 2:30pm: Skill specific B

• 2:30pm – 3:00pm: Skill specific C

Register for competitive gymnasts level 1-10 training

Competitive Skills specific schedule – 1:00pm-3:00pm

Focused (Level 10 skills) broken down into drills and progressions. Suited for level 4 and above. This will give the gymnast an opportunity to learn new skills. Skills will change each lesson.

• Individual training links can be purchase separate to all day. 

• Purchasing all days gives you access to all 9-3pm programs.

• Please make sure you are up to date with the policies and procedures for drop off and pick up.

• Drop off located at the front of building.
