Who is this retreat NOT for? 

You haven't tried clinical therapy, self-development or spirituality. You're sceptical, narrow-minded and find excuses. Not willing to put time, energy and financial resources on your alchemy. If you're suffering from severe neurological conditions or heavily medicated, consult with your physician. 

What is expected of me? 

Support others in however they choose to express themselves. Hold space for them or offer heartfelt feedback delivered with kindness and tact. Take the personalised trauma release process only if it serves you! This is optional and for those who are ready to take it. You'll not be pressured into doing anything you're not comfortable with.
