This virtual Resilience and Mindfulness workshop introduces participants to a body and mind session through a series of gentle movement that promotes circulation, physical activeness and mindfulness.
Through a combination of movement flow, strength poses, stretches and a short meditation, we hope you will be able to benefit from gaining body and mind awareness, strength, mobility and flexibility.
