Come and join our facilitator Josh for an hour of power, involving a variety of exercises to improve your overall strength and fitness levels.
This is an intense workout aimed to challenge you with a combination of muscle resistance exercises and cardio. Different workouts will be offered each week, to keep a fresh mindset with the same goal.
