Come and try Pilates with Mandy Benson in a 45 minute taster class for all ages and levels of fitness.
Mandy is a certified Pilates teacher who will guide you through a session of Pilates practice.
Try and new activity and learn about how Pilates can improve your strength, flexibility, stability and posture.
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete required paperwork.
