Mums and bubs pilates social group

Join a friendly mum's group that meets every Friday morning.

Enjoy a gentle pilates and stretch session for mums with newborn babies and toddlers. As a social group, we often go out for coffee after.

This group is self-run by the mums.

The Reginald Murphy Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. There is a table tennis table, computers, wifi, books to borrow, a piano to play and sewing machines to use and tea and coffee all for free. A weekly community lunch is held on Wednesdays at 12pm for $10. Everyone is welcome!
