A fun and interactive themed program that is suitable for kids of all fitness levels, aged 5 to 12 years old.
The program starts with a warm up game, followed by athletics track and field activities such as hurdle jumps, high jump, long jump, discus roll/ throw, javelin throw, shotput throw. Easy to learn and fun to do!
These are then followed by fun games themed around our favourite olympic sports - basketball (shootouts/ dribble relays), soccer (shootouts/ dribble/ kicks), volleyball (mini net throwing and catching) and more.
Please bring: water bottle, 2 healthy snacks, hat and apply sunscreen before arrival. Additional sunscreen will be provided for reapplication.
Cancellation policy: if the programs are not able to be delivered due to any COVID-19 restrictions or if it is raining, you will receive a refund.
