Collective Leisure, partnering with UTS, Thread Together and the City of Sydney, is engaging mental health services to refer clients to a free community football program played on a brand new synthetic pitch.

This is a football club created as a mental well-being initiative to support individuals in their mental health recovery. It’s designed to improve physical activity, confidence and reduce social isolation through social sport.

Specifically for individuals between 18-55 years old that are engaged with and referred by a mental health service. Support workers are welcome to join in.

Individuals may self-refer to the club however a mental health service and support worker must be identified at the time of registration.

Sessions include over 1 hour of skills training and football games and opportunity to enjoy some free refreshments and socialise with the team after.

To register, please contact Jennifer Barker on 0406 940 759.
