Start your week with a moment of calm. Each session gently explores mindfulness, meditation and gratitude practices, guided by Elizabeth Da Silva, an experienced mindfulness coach and personal trainer.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or have some experience, these sessions offer a welcoming space to slow down, breathe and begin your week feeling grounded.
When: Mondays, 10am – 12pm

Cost: $26 per session (includes door-to-door transport) / $13 per session (without transport)
Eligibility
This activity is funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and is available to eligible older people. To attend, you will need to have been assessed through My Aged Care and approved for a Group Social Support service type. If you are not sure whether you are eligible, or if you would like help getting started, please contact us.
Do I need to use Holdsworth transport to attend? No. If you are able to make your own way to 64 Holdsworth Street, Woollahra, the session fee is $13. Transport is optional and available for $26, which includes door-to-door pick-up and drop-off.
What should I bring? Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a water bottle.
I am not sure if I have the right My Aged Care approval. What should I do? To attend this activity, you need to be approved for Group Social Support under the CHSP. If you are not sure what you have been approved for, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
