This program, deeply rooted in the spiritual practices of Bön Buddhism, harnesses the healing energies of the five natural elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—viewed as nurturing forces. Through guided meditations focused on each element, participants will experience a journey of self-discovery and healing, leading to a harmonized spirit and rejuvenated sense of being.
