Get ready for a night of glitz, glamour and Brix spritzers. Kick off Mardi Gras weekend in the heart of Surry Hills with a sensational cabaret show featuring the dazzling Drag Queen, Kiama Blowhole, in Sydney's only dedicated rum distillery.
The night will begin with a flowing 2 hour bottomless Brix Spritz offer alongside delicious charcuterie platters. Settle in with your drinks, nibbles and Mardi Gras Crew as Kiama welcomes you to the venue before taking the stage.
Our specialty Mardi Gras cocktails will also be available to order throughout the night. Think Blueberry Spiced Rum sours, juicy Cane Spirit Watermelon Highballs and creamy Australian Rum Piña Pornstars.
