Forage The Rocks this August

When

Every day, all day Wednesday 2 August 2023 to Thursday 31 August 2023

Sydney’s most charming inner-city suburb is serving up an enviable lineup of cocktail crawls, cheap eats, not-to-be-missed events and signature Sydney dishes all August. Ready to discover something new?

  • $25 Cocktail + Canapé Trail - Step out Sydney and have an adventure. Do a bar crawl through the 12 unique, historic venues on the Cocktail Trail, all serving special cocktails with canapés for $25.

  • Guinness & Oyster Festival - the cobblestone laneways will come alive with Irish spirit thanks to The Doss House, Frank Mac's, Chef Colin Fassidge and seafood expert John Susman. Pop up food, bars, entertainment and tasting experiences. Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th August

  • Sydney Signatures - The Rocks harbourside dining precinct is home to some of Sydney’s most recognisable and delicious dishes. We call them Sydney Signatures, the tastes of Sydney and Australia.

  • Picnic Under The Bridge - buy a picnic basket that donates $25 to not-for-profits FoodLab Sydney (Aug 19 & 20) and OzHarvest (Aug 26 & 27). Fill it with sample sizes from the many and varied food stalls at The Rocks Market for a feel good picnic with priceless views over Sydney Harbour.

  • Events and Experiences - a pop up omakase, tasting experiences courtesy of prestigious vineyards, bottomless brunches and even a distillery tour at one of Sydney’s best gin makers.
