Join our next Chair Yoga Teacher Training in Sydney or livestream via Zoom and become a certified Chair Yoga Teacher. This practical, supportive training is for anyone wanting to confidently teach Chair Yoga across studios, workplaces, aged care, disability services, and online.
Who It’s For
Yoga teachers, health professionals, carers, corporate workers, and community leaders. All live sessions are recorded, so you can review them anytime.
Training Options
30, 40, or 50 hours (Yoga Australia/Yoga Alliance CEC/CPD)
Live training: 16 hours with Claire, in person or online
Homework: 14–34 hours, including manual study, online videos, DVD, practical & written assessments

Trauma-informed Yoga, Strength & Stability, Parkinson’s, Lower Back Care, Stress Relief, Chair Dancing, Online Teaching, Social Media & Marketing, and more.
Outcomes
Graduate confident to teach all populations, adapt poses, lead trauma-conscious classes, understand anatomy & precautions, support physical & mental health, and join a global Chair Yoga community.
