Join us for a free information session about healthy ageing and simple changes that can make a big difference to your health and wellbeing.

This session will introduce useful ideas and resources from LiveUp.

LiveUp is funded by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing to assist people to stay independent for as long as possible at home.

It's free to use LiveUp and you don't need government assessment.

The talk is followed by questions and discussion.

Light refreshments provided.

Bookings recommended.

The Pyrmont Community Centre is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 9pm, Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

We have a fantastic line up of events for all ages and interests. Whether you're keen to get active, learn a new skill, or meet your neighbours, there's something for everyone – and don't forget, we also have a gym to help you stay in shape!
