The 45-minute session blends the power of yoga poses with the infectious energy of drumming that will have your little ones exploring the world of accessible rhythms and traditional dance, learning how to translate those moves into awesome yoga postures!

Our expert facilitators will guide the kids through a fun-filled exploration of body awareness, focus, compassion, and of course, pure, bendy fun! This workshop is all about celebrating individuality, so let your kids unleash their inner drummer and yoga master.
