Sunday 8 February 2026 from 10am to 12:30pm
During this 6-week course you’ll learn a range of introductory printmaking techniques including monotype, linocut, dry-point etching, stencilling and image transfer.
Our experienced tutor will provide you with a thorough introduction to each printmaking method, designed especially for beginner students.
You’ll get to take home everything you produce – proofs, print editions and the blocks or plates you create your prints from. You’ll also be provided with many tips for a well-rounded approach to developing your studio practice at home.
Suitable for complete beginners, full instruction provided on materials, products, tools, equipment and studio procedures.
This program occurs every Sunday for a duration of 6 weeks.
Week 1: 8 February, 10am to 12:30pm
Week 2: 15 February, 10am to 12:30pm
Week 3: 22 February, 10am to 12:30pm
Week 4: 1 March, 10am to 12:30pm
Week 5: 8 March, 10am to 12:30pm
Week 6: 15 March, 10am to 12:30pm
Small class size: maximum 8 students
Level: designed for beginner level students 16+yrs
Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes
Bring: yourself – all materials provided
