Free after-school program to learn healthy recipes and safe cooking and kitchen skills.
This healthy eating program runs after-school, once a week for 10 weeks.
This program is focussed on showing young people how to create their own tasty but healthy meals, on a small budget. It is also teaches safe cooking and kitchen skills.
Participants will collect the recipes they make and create their own cook book at the end of the program.
For ages 13-18. Bookings essential.
