Healthy Ageing Hub
1st Tuesday of each month, 9:30am to 11am Tuesday 3 February to Tuesday 1 December
These hubs offer one-on-one support for older people to live well and independently in the community.
Come along for practical guidance in looking after your health and wellbeing. You can also ger help with My Aged Care services and referrals for legal, housing and financial assistance services.
Presented in partnership with the Australian Government's Public Health Networks program, these sessions are on at the centre on the first Tuesday of every month.
