Freedom Chakradance Introductory Workshop

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
Give yourself 90 minutes to step out of the noise of everyday life and come home to your body, inner wisdom and natural sense of aliveness through Chakradance.
Through chakra-resonant music, spontaneous movement, guided visualisation, meditation and mandala art, you’ll be invited to move beyond the thinking mind and explore what wants to emerge.
There are no steps to learn and no dance experience is needed. This is not about performance — it’s about giving yourself space to move, feel, reflect and reconnect.
The workshop is held in a small, supportive group environment and is suitable for beginners.
Come as you are, wear something comfortable to move in, and allow yourself a little time to slow down, listen inwardly and come home to yourself.
