Free guided ride: Green Square to Circular Quay.
Come cruise the many cycleways down to Sydney Harbour.
Our route down there takes in the Bourke Street cycleway all the way to Woolloomooloo. From there we catch a lift and ride past the NSW Gallery. It’s a beautiful ride through the Domain to where we finish the ride along the new Pitt Street pop up cycleway.
The ride starts at Green Square Library Plaza. Commencing at 10am.
The ride is one way to the Quay and should take about an hour. (On completion you are free to either cycle back with your guide or catch a train back or make the most of the day by the Harbour.)
Bring your own bike and helmet. Children under 16 must accompanied by an adult. Don’t forget a water bottle, sunscreen, warm clothes and some money for food stops along the way.
This free event is part of a month of guided rides to explore the Green Square precinct and beyond. Learn the safest and smoothest ways to get around your neighbourhood and to the city using separated cycleways, shared paths and low-traffic streets. There are routes for all levels of riders, with expert ride leaders to accompany you.
This is a covid-safe event.
