Forest bathing is an evidence based well-being practice originating from Japan, known as shinrin-yoku, and or forest therapy. The purpose of the practice is to connect with nature, as the simple act of connecting makes us feel better.
During this event you be will guided through the natural landscape to enhance your connection with the natural world.
As you wander through the picturesque landscape, you will have the opportunity to engage in mindfulness exercises, deep breathing techniques, and sensory awareness activities. Let the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest envelop you, providing a sense of calm and serenity.
