Faith, religion and peace

Where
158 Australia St
Newtown NSW 2042
Australia
When

Sunday 22 September 2024 from 4pm to 6pm

If faith can lead to inner peace, why are faith and religion often linked in our minds to war and conflict?

Leaders from local faith communities will speak, and Patricia Garcia AO from the Institute for Economics and Peace will present the results of their research into religion and war.

This event celebrates the United Nations International Day of Peace, and is part of the annual Raising Peace Festival.
