Join our inclusive community and experience the many benefits of practicing yoga – on a chair! Experience the benefits of a regular yoga practice, on any chair, anywhere! This Chair Yoga class is perfect for everyBODY but especially for those who want to participate in yoga but have challenges getting down to a yoga mat on the floor. It is ideal if you are travelling, sitting at a desk, a bit older or have challenges with mobility, living with a disability, doing rehab or managing an injury.

Classes consist of breathing & chairasanas (seated yoga movements) to strengthen muscles and joints, improve mobility, health and wellness. Plus a beautiful relaxing meditation which can reduce stress, anxiety and improve overall wellbeing. And join us for a coffee after class to get to know others in the community.

Class is suitable for everyBODY, no experience necessary. Everyone welcome to join us in person, or via livestream if you prefer to practice at home!

If at home, have a sturdy chair, and any props you might like to use. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

See you on the chair soon!
