Chef Chris Kim - Funda Head Chef Chris Kim joined Funda to collaborate with the renowned Chef Jung-Su. With a distinguished career including roles at Tetsuya’s, Mjolner, Sepia, and Urbane, Chris combines his love for culinary artistry and Korean heritage to push gastronomic boundaries. His unique experiences and deep connection to his heritage bring a distinct and personal touch to Funda.
Chef Junda Khoo - Ho Jiak Known for his mastery of Malaysian flavours, Chef Junda Khoo’s culinary expertise shines in every dish. At Ho Jiak, he offers a modern taste of Malaysia, blending authentic recipes with contemporary flair. Drawing from his cherished memories of his grandmother's recipes, Junda infuses each dish with authenticity and warmth.
