Sip on bottomless bubbles while learning to whip up delicious cheeses using common kitchen equipment you already have at home.

In this class, we’ll cover the basics of milk selection, acidification, and coagulation, you’ll be transforming curds into luscious melty bocconcini and creamy-oozy burrata.
