What to bring: a water bottle, a mug (filtered & boiling water available at venue), journal or writing pad & pen, an open heart and mind.

Optional: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, your own instruments (we'll have plenty there so you can travel light).

A selection of sound healing instruments & accessories will be available for purchase during the workshop so you can go out and practice right away.
