A weekly 45 minute easy-to-follow, mood-elevating, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to the best music of the decades.

It is the all-in-one workout that will torch calories, tone up your bod, make your soul smile & inject your body with an endorphin overload. You will have so much fun sweating it out you might forget you’re burning up to 600 calories. Designed to be super inclusive for all shapes, ages, sizes and of course those who have two left feet.

Class is done in a dark room with party lights to the latest music from music genre like Hip Hop, Rn'B, Afro-beats, Pop and Reggaeton. There are only 4 steps in each routines so it is super easy to follow and you don't need any dance experience to do this class.

We have a safety plan in place.

IMPORTANT Information for participants:

If you are sick OR have been to a known hot spot OR show ANY flu like symptoms, please stay home. (Coughing, Runny Nose, Sore Throat, Head Ache, Fever).

All classes will be capped at limited capacity, adhering to Covid-19 safety guidelines.

✅ Check-in using the QR code is mandatory.

You MUST book online via www.thejunglebodysydney.com. We will not accept walk-ins and in-studio payments.

Due to capped class sizes, we won’t be accepting refunds or transfers under any circumstances for classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

You must sanitise your hands anytime you enter or re-enter the studio. Hand Sanitising Stations will be placed throughout the building.

Social distancing of 1.5 metres must be kept between each other at all times. Please use our marked guides on the floor to assist you.

Cough and sneeze into your elbow, not your hands.
