CYL Tai Chi Group was established in May 2003 and is comprised of about 20 members who primarily practise the following:
Qi gong: Ba Duan Jin and Dao Yin 12 steps health preservation exercise. Tai chi: Yang international competition.
Tai chi and qigong, with their slow, graceful and gentle movements, enhance strength, body balance and co-ordination. In addition to preventing falls among the elderly, they can also help to improve a range of health disorders, including arthritis, joint stiffness, muscle tension, poor posture and stress.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, new members are cordially welcome.
